Tom started out as a full-back during a three year spell in the Fulham Youth set-up, during which he made his professional debut on loan to AFC Wimbledon in 2014.

 

Before joining Raynes Park Vale he played for AFC Wimbledon (loan), Aldershot Town, FC Kitzbühel, Walton Casuals, Welling United, Leatherhead, Dorking Wanderers and Kingstonian.
